Hello,
I need some advice with dealing with this error code. I have Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I Googled this problem and have found many sites that deal with this but when I try to follow the advice nothing works. All I do is keep going in circles.
Thanks.

You need to provide more details, starting with EXACT error message.
Does it happen with some particular update, any update, or you can't start Windows updates at all?

This code is for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 update. It won't install completely.

I went to the program list and .Net Framework 4 is not there. So I can't repair/delete it. I found a Windows support link and contacted them. They sent me the same info that you did. I used their support diagnostic tool and I'm waiting for a reply from them.
