This site comes HIGHLY recommended to me by those who know COSMICLY MORE about computers than I do. These are GOOD PEOPLE, and I trust them. In these times we need more sites/volunteers like this. (I'm doing what I can in my field, too - and appreciate the "cross-pollination of support" so to speak.)
I'm a bit embarrassed by not knowing nearly as much as everyone here, so please be patient with me; I'm a quick learner and try very hard.
I remind the student/teachers I work with that there's SO MUCH I don't know either; I know they often feel the same way I do here when they join my classes.
Kudos to everyone here helping out.
(I'll post the problem that brought me here in the other forum.)
PS. I am posting from my workplace M-Th as my computer at home has been down almost a year now, yes - A YEAR, having been assaulted by that nasty AV Security Suite virus last June. I can't even get into safemode. So I will be limited regarding the frequency and access to any response(s) posted to me. Nevertheless, I'll continue to give it a try.
