I am an IT Helpdesk professional at a university. I maintain over 500 computers and run a class on malware education for the end users to help my clients understand what to look for and when to call us.

Or just to call us, which is what most will do. I don't envy your job, but wish you the best of luck. Hopefully you will find useful information that might help your users, or the help desk itself, in solving practical computer problems.
