First I could not burn cds on windows media player 10 so I system restored. Now, I have a worse problem. When I try to use Windows Media 10 for even playing songs or anything at all I get a message saying "the file wmploc.dll has a version number of where was expected. Windows media player is not installed properly and needs to be reinstalled. Do you want to instal from the website." I have tried to do this but just get repeated problems (even though I completely get rid of all windows media player files and folders before reinstalling). I am just having endless problems with it and never had these problems with media player 9. I wish I could get back version 9 but apparently cannot. I also tried installing Real Player but it is not even launching!! Oh dear, please help.
