Hello,

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on a HP laptop with an Intel i7 Q 720. I have noticed that my laptop is running rather hot as of late (already runs warm - different problem) and I have found that the wmiprvse.exe process is the culprit. I have ran virus scans and checked the file location for the process and everything checks out. I was wondering if someone can help me out. I have tried to figure out how to stop WMI logging but have not prevailed. I also cannot figure out what is causing the process to run so much. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
