Hi my name is Ashley. Ive had some kind of trojan in my computer for a few months now. I have a vista. Because of the research ive done, im thinking that the trojan I have is vundo. Its doing some pretty odd things. It has completely shut down all of my main internet browsers, even though there is still internet connection. None of the browsers will work except for internet explorer 64 bit. Its also disabled any kind of updates to my AVG, and because of this, neither vipre nor malwarebytes anti malware has detected it. Ive also tried rkill and a few other free trusted anti virus programs, none of them detected a thing. I ran my computer in safe mode last night, but that didnt help anything either because all of the updates were still diabled. Please help? Thank you.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
