Help I have trying to get my sons laptop to speed up, so was uninstalled various programmeshe does not use. I inadvertently uninstalled the 'uninstall' programme and dont know how to get it back. Your help would be most appreciated. Many thanks

You don't say which uninstaller you were using...but Revo Uninstaller freeware version is a useful one. The Pro version of it can be used for a trial period as well.

1) You cannot uninstall the OS's uninstaller.
2) Uninstalling programs does not speed up anything (unless the hd is full, and that's a different problem). All you've accomplished is creating more space on the hd.
3) EXACTLY what did you do? And what SPECIFIC problem(s) are you now experiencing?
