IE9 RC...is exactly like Beta

It's not a big deal, but it does bug me.

I've installed the RC twice now, unistalling the RC inbetween. On the Windows update install, it showed me that the tabs were below the address bar, similar to Safari (ie9rc.jpg). However, the tabs remain in the look of the beta for me (ie9_tab.jpg). Is there a setting somewhere that I can change this with?

Not to mention, no Add-ons version runs fine, but IE9 with Add-ons, as with IE8, is still slow...
I'm running a 32-bit SP2 version of Vista.

Any help would be appreciated! :thumbup2:
