How Do I Get Rid Of This?

I've been having a lot of ads that pop up out of no where and I've tried using spyware but it didn't help.

Use Firefox or Mozilla. These browsers will stop almost all popups.

Stack the Google toolbar on top. It has a effective popup blocker. If it's a virus or spyware it will not help though.
