Not sure what to do with this Acer laptop at this point. My customer gave it blue screening like crazy and I attempted to swap ram and that didnt change anything. She didnt have anything on there important and did not care if I did a reformat. I could not get into the OS long enough to figure out whats wrong so I order a set of Acer restore disc's and once I got them I attempted to reinstall windows 7 Home Premium. And after I put in the 3rd and final install disc when its done installing and goes to a 2nd menu I get a restore corrupted error #1392. Ive swapped hdd and same error popped up, what are the odds of me getting a bad restore disc? And how can I prove to it to acer so that they send me another set lol. BTW I installed a old copy of XP i have laying around for the hell of it and it installed and worked fine.

Please explain what this 2nd menu is. If possible, include a screengrab.
