I have Malwarebytes, SUPERAntiSpyware and STOPzilla. I have run all of these and each have found multiple things, which I have chosen to fix. I am running Windows XP SPk 3 32-bit and IE 8.0.6. I have downloaded TDSSKiller to my desktop based on suggestions to another similar post. I have attempted to run it but it will not run. I have even renamed it and tried to run it but it will not run.
I have cleared all my caches and temp files, and still I keep getting the script errors and random audio.

What should I do next?
