c\windows\system32\hkcmd.exe pops up after every login and says "make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again."

How do I remove it. How specifically do I remove it in the registry or where?

The program its trying to run is a hot key's software provided by Intel. If its giving you an error the file its looking for is missing or corrupt. Your best option would be to reinstall the file. What is the make and model of your computer?
