Hello people,

Recently I've been getting an annoying box that pops up continuously on a daily basis that reads "Connect Broadband Connection 2", asking me if I want to connect or something. This pops up when I'm already online & having no problems. (other than that annoying box) Although it seems to be related to Internet Explorer & I use Firefox for browsing, it affects Firefox as it stops me from going to the next page on a site or going to any other website until I click it off.

On IE, I clicked on "Tools", "Options" then "Connections". In the "Dial Up & Virtual Private Network Settings" box, I have two options. One is Broadband Connection (which I use) & the other is Broadband Connection 2, with (default) next to it. I'm thinking I should delete the Broadband Connection 2 "thingy" & maybe that will get rid of it

Is that the correct way to rid myself of this annoying box? If not does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

Thank you in advance for any help

It should be safe to do.
