I am not sure but I think it might be linked to something like Facebook. I never use facebook or twitter etc though so I can't really verify my thoughts.

Expand the 4th column (Location) in Task Manager to see the registry folder that contains it. There are some reports on Google of a virus with the same name - that may or may not be the case here.
