When I went to get online, nothing on my computer was responding. I tried to perform a virus scan, and my screen went blue with the message "Your Computer is going to take a quick dump." It then shut down. I am now receiving a 500 Internal Server error when I try to get on Internet Explorer. Is my computer infected, and if so what can I do to solve the problem?
