Mozilla Firefox 4 bookmarks disappear

Would reinstalling Firefox do the trick. I will try it but I am thinking the problem may be solved temperarily. Any suggestions.

If you are just referring to the bookmark bar under your address bar, you can right click right above your address bar in a blank spot and there is the option to choose the bookmark bar. Check it off and it should appear. Hope this helps

Edit: You can always try re-importing the bookmarks again from IE and see if that works.
