Hello.

I'm looking for some help with identifying where Outlook Messenger from Srimax stores the license / registration details and to remove completely.

I've installed outlook messenger with "one of those" serialz and when I removed the software and installed it again, the same registration / license details where still there.

I've taken steps such as removing all traces of the software from program files, and virtual store from windows 7. I've also searched the registry and removed any left over registry entries.

I've even installed System mechanic professional which found the unused license key and other com entries. All removed and computer restarted. With a smile and a glow, I reinstalled the software only to find that the former license details are still showing up after install.

I'd like to remove any and all subliminal traces of outlook messenger. What else can I do?

Thanks for the assist.
