Hello, I own a Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102 that I bought nearly two months ago and has Windows 7. The one problem I've been having with my laptop is that the mouse touchpad is continuously freezing. This problem started about a month ago, but only lasted for a few days. Yesterday, though, it started happening again. What happens is that I get an image on my screen that implies that the mouse has been disabled and the mouse freezes. Minutes later another image pops up that tells me that the mouse is now enabled and the mouse starts working properly. This keeps going on back and forth, usually in intervals of minutes and sometimes in intervals of seconds. What can I do to remedy the issue?

Thank you

If it is only two months old it is still under warranty. Take it back to the store where you purchased it.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
