I have been usung windows 7 for over a year now with no problems. All of a sudden I cannot download the latest versions of itunes or install any updates of other programs. When trying to install updates I am prompted to browse for the file in another location or to insert the proper disc. I have never seen that before. After reading online it seems that the previous versions of the original programs are not being uninstalled correctly to allow the updated version to be installed? Any feed back or suggestions would be appreciated.
