Went through Malware Removal now my Network isn't working properly

Just went through the whole thing of removing all malware but it seems to have screwed with our network. We have 3 computers connected and a program called Guestall that we use on all 3, 1 computer has the database and the other 2 must connect to it so they work properly. The computer with the database is not the one we had problems with. Please let me know if you can help.

How are the pc's connected? Through a router? Are you using wireless or ethernet? Lastly what operating system
