Hi & welcome to BC

I need you to follow the below instructions:

Be sure to look this solution over before you begin. There are a some item(s) i'm not familiar with. If you recognize any, then just omit them from this fix.

===============

Download, unzip to your desktop CWShredder and run it, then:

1. Click "Check For Update"

(If an update isn't available, skip to step #4.)

2. Click "Click here to Download the update".
3. When the new version has been downloaded, click "Save".
4. Click "Fix ->"

=================

Then

Run HiJackThis and click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com (HKLM)

Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

===============

To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps:
  • Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
  • Double-click on the My Computer icon.
  • Select the "Tools" menu.
  • Click "Folder Options".
  • After the new window appears, select the "View" tab.
  • Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled "Display the contents of system folders."
  • Under the "Hidden files and folders" section, select the button labeled "Show hidden files and folders".
  • Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled "Hide file extensions for known file types".
  • Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled "Hide protected operating system files".
  • Press the Apply button.
  • Press the "OK" button
  • Close "My Computer".
Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure your able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

files...

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe

===============

Post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes. Also can you tell me what problems you have been experiencing with the computer. Thanks
