Hi. This is my first post.

I am running on the XPsp3 O/S

My computer has aquired the "Windows Recovery" malware and I need to remove it.
I found instructions on your site and the first step is to run RKill.

When I run it, it does not stop the malware. During the process it states "Access Denied" and I cannot procede to the next step of installing malewarebytes.

Any suggestions on how I can rid my computer of this infection?

I have tried running RKill in safe mode on both my normal user (sys admin) and the administrator account.
