Evening all, hoping someone can give me some help on what looks like a Browser redirect/rootkit/malware or something or other. Basically started with an Antimalware Doctor infection which was simple enough for someone of my level to remove, after that a larger problem revealed itself with browser redirects through Firefox. Some random googling directed me towards Hitman which revealed something along the lines of rootkit variant Alureon, which led to Tssdkiller and sadly it fails at 80 percent initializing.
Kind of hit a brick wall at this point, i've attached a combofix log which i hope is helpful, any advice/help would be much appreciated.

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
