2 profiles on windows Admin (mine) and Guest ISSUE is on BOTH Profiles IDENTICAL ISSUES

- After log in to either I get INSTANT ERROR (The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)click ok to close application)

I am able to CNTRL+ALT+DEL to access TASK MANAGER

- IF I TYPE IN EXPLORER or EXPLORER.EXE It gives me same error

I can ACCESS anything on my computer , brows the web download programs virus scan ect through task manager .

If I navigate to CONTROL PANEL through clicking C:\windows\system32\control panel
I get this error when I try to open control panel :

I have run EVERY VIRUS SCAN I can think of and beside from a few tracking cookies the only thing that showed up was a trojan called : ONE.EXE
I quarantined and deleted rebooted and SAME issue

I do not have a restore DATE as this is a NEW computer and there is not ONE listed in RECOVERY options .

Looks like your profile got corrupted. The standard practice is to create a new profile and migrate your data to the new one.

Personally, if I was you, I would back up my data and reinstall to make sure that any corruption is gone.
