The ASUS Card with DCU II runs cooler and quieter compared to the MSI Twin Frozr. However, it does take up 3 slots.

The MSI Twin Frozr III PE on the other hand, is clocked higher and features an improved cooling system over the Twin Frozr II. Occupies only two slots, which makes it ideal for SLI.

Im more of an EVGA or PNY fan when it comes to NVIDIA cards, but between those, I think Id go after the ASUS card as well.

I currently have a gtx 470 and its loud!! and it pulls allot of heat. I read that the gtx 500 series pull less heat less noise and more power then the 400 series.

Before you buy this Nvidia card, keep in mind that you will not be able to use SLI and that you may be better off, if you choose to do so, running an AMD card such as a Radeon 6970, which is on par with a GTX 570.

Your power supply probably wouldn't even power 2 GTX 570.
