I just bought a lexmark printer which is a USB fed printer and my USB ports are not working , I have already gone through the normal steps trying to activate the USB ports (device manager, ETC.) and nothing has worked yet - Microsoft wants to charge to use their tech support and I am needing to be able to print. How do you know that your USB ports aren't working? Have you tried other devices in them?

Is this a store bought or home built computer? If store bought - please let us know it's make and model - if home built, let us know the make and model of the motherboard. (other details, such as operating system with service packs, and system specs can be helpful also).
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
