When I try to shut down my netbook, I get an error message that reads "access violation at address 004709DD in module 'TeaTimer.exe. Read of address 00000011. What's going on and how can I solve this problem? I've also been having problems shutting down because it says that a background program is still running. I have the options to force shutdown or wait. Please let me know about that, too. Thanks.

Do you have Spybot installed?

TeaTimer is a part of Spybot.
Reinstall it.
