Hi, I'm new here so not sure if I'm doing this right at all but here goes.
My computer has rogue program on it called Antivirus Antispyware 2011 and I don't know how to get rid of it. A friend suggested ComboFix but I know nothing about computers and don't want to mess it up by using that without help. As of right now, it seems like the rogue software isn't here, but I know it has to be because I have done nothing to remove it. Let me explain, I turned the computer off because it made me mad and when I turned it back on I got a message that the memory was too low to run my profile; all of my pictures, etc. are gone now and I can't get into Google Chrome which is the internet option I was currently using. I am using Internet Explorer now because of this. Can anyone help me????
