I need to know how to remove this malware that posed as Norton. It came in through Facebook. I clicked "Remove this post" and got it. It poses as Norton Internet Security, and I use Norton Internet Security, which, apparently, does not work in protecting my computer. When I called the real Norton they said they would graciously fix the problem for $200. Then, why am I paying for their protection? I can boot, but once I get to the desktop, the mouse acts like a drunken sailor and I have no control. The virus/malware will not let me boot in "safe mode" altho I can get to the "safe mode" page that lists four choices, one of which is "safe mode with networking" which I have not tried. The computer I am currently using to type this message is not infected but I have limited access to this computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
