I've tried various tools to find and remove the "rootkit" or whatever is behind this. Please advise.

Running Win7 64 Home Premium. Tried Malwarebytes, Security Essentials, Avert, TDSSKiller, Ad-Aware, DrWeb, and others. Home page is Google, but pulls up Search-Fever. Search bar for google redirects to Search-Fever. HiJackThis didn't reveal much, but maybe I misunderstood what it was telling me, and what to do.

Thanks

Dan
