i seem to experience the same problem with the autorun function...with my u3 drive.
Did you resolve your problem?
Please help

p.s. is it just a matter of reenabling the autorun feature in windows?

Thank you very much for your time and your help

I´m having the same problem here... I ran combofix to get rid from a "autorun.inf and recycler folder" virus. Got rid of them, but also from my U3!!! I found something about it in the sandisk help forum:

http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2971/~/u3-launchpad-won%27t-run---creates-an-empty-folder-in-applications-data%5Cu3

The thing is that i do not have admin rights/privileges to the machine, so i can´t change anything in my registry.

Choudel, have you tried to uninstall you u3 stickdrive? There is hope in this procedure... But again, without admin rights, i canīt try it here... You have to go into device manager, locate you u3 drive, and then try to uninstall it.
