Advertisements playing at random intervals, Script errors on desktop

My friend told me they thought they might have malware, so I ran MalwareBytes, which has solved my malware problems in the past. It found 3 infections:


These have been quarantined.

The computer is still having two issues:

a) At random intervals, I hear advertisements in the background-- whirlpool, lebrawn james tv show, all sorts of stuff.

B) Getting script errors from what appear to be referral ppc links even when the computer is idle:


Now what?
