Just ask your questions in the appropriate forum, and you'll be on your way to sorting out your problems.
Good luck

Sounds to me like you can read topic threads and learn what you need,
200,000 posts offer a fairly comprehensive view of what's going on with PCs so the clues are there.
Use the forums to arrive at specific questions about your PC and/or the way you use it,
maybe learn some terminology or see some coorelationships that make sense to you
and post if you like. Bleepingcomputers can help in a number of ways to make
using your PC a better experience for you, and even others you know, or
at very least ... is contributing to a better internet through
raising the level of understanding worldwide
in an effort to counteract the abuse
laid upon the many of us
by a few who seek
power.

Hey, ya wanna spam somebody?
Bump their PC offline?
Figure out what they buy?
Fool 'em into messin' up their machines?
Trick them into doing something?
Make money by re-directing their web search?
Man, just feel that power ....
patiently patrolling, plenty of persisant pests n' problems ...
