I'm not sure where to post this.........but...............has anyone figured out how the remove that damned annoying "Install Google Chrome" icon
that shows up every time one boots up or changes websites?

The Google techs are completely useless in solving this issue as they continue to offer tips like "click on the X in the box"

What that does, as many know, is simply remove it from that particular site. Try another site and there it is again.

What a royal pain!

Any ideas?
