Hi there,

Upon rebooting my computer, these pop-up notifications constantly keep coming up.
How do I stop these error messages from populating?

NotifyAlert.exe - Application Error: "The application failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application"

Rng.exe - Application Error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application"

I have a Dell desktop computer (Windows XP operating system) and I'm guessing this problem stems from a "Dell Support" program issue.

Please advise if more info is needed in order to come to a better diagnosis.

Thanks for your help!

Yes, both files are part of your Dell Support installation.

Easiest fix is to uninstall Dell Support.

You can re-install it from the Dell support website, but according to what I've read, this only results in the two errors coming back.

Dell Support will not reinstall. A couple of beeping noise results, but the program is still in add/remove programs.

Please advise what I need to do to remove this program successfully.

Thanks for your help!
