First this all started when i received a fake anti-virus pop up on my screen. I couldn't close it or even use alt-f4. So i rebooted and went into safe mode and did a full system with Norton. Norton found trojan.gen2. Removed and rebooted. Norton didn't get it. it still popped up. Went into safe mode again this time using eset free online scanner. It found the trojan.gen2 and Win32/Agent.HVEUCPZ trojan, and 3 other viruses. Eset said it removed them but the popup on my browser is still there!!! Help
