Well what is that program do?
Does anyone know what is it?
Is it safe to delete it?

Microsoft Visual C++ Compilers 2010 Standard - enu- x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 ATL Update
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable

MS Visual C++ Redistributable is a runtime library for programs written in MS Visual C++. It's not critical for your system to have it but if you remove it then any programs which depend on the VC++ runtime will stop working (and there are a lot of programs out there that depend on it.)

Is Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0 and Microsoft Help Viewer the same thing?
Are they a part of Microsoft Visual C++ and are they both removable?

I downloaded Debugging Tools for Windows then it downloaded other stuff that waste my Hard Drive space :( :ranting:

Plus, I would like to remove presentationfontcache.exe and WPFFontCache_v0400.exe because I don't see these before...

As Andrew said...Visual C is a required component for certain programs.

I know that it installs with any Visual Basic/Visual Studio, etc. program and I also believe that it installs with MS Office. I know of no programs outside of Microsoft programs which require it, but my program tastes are rather narrow in scope. Since it's necessary for Office, I suspect that it might also be necessary similar types of suites and some database programs.

My experience is that these same programs also require MS.NET.
