Hello, I've ran AVG on my computer and found some files that were patched, Heres what it found:

VG 2011 Anti-Virus command line scanner
Copyright © 1992 - 2010 AVG Technologies
Program version 10.0.1204, engine 10.0.1435
Virus Database: Version 1435/3404 2011-01-26

C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe Virus identified Win32/Patched.FR
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe (272) Virus identified Win32/Patched.FR
C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe Virus identified Win32/Patched.FS
C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe (908) Virus identified Win32/Patched.FS

I can not remove these with anything ive tried, whenever I try to use command prompt it just shows up then dissapears quickly, I can not remove any files on my computer at all.. I've tried using combofix and Kaspersky but they require AVG to be uninstalled and it wont let me uninstall it. My computer is extremely infected and I have gotten my internet turned off many times because of it. I really need help with this issue another thing to mention is that my dvd/cd drive is broken from my little brother tearing it off =.= and when I run system recovery the farthest I can go back is to January 2011 and my computer was infected since before then.
