It's been running a little bit slower lately, and is especially noticeable with online video streaming. It's really choppy. However I don't think it's my internet connection, because overall my computer has been running slower.

Unless you have a malware problem...you should not run HJT, it is not intended to be a general troubleshooting tool for any system.

If you have a malware situation and want to post a log...the proper forum to do so is BC Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html and that forum doesn't use HJT as a primary tool for malware. Instead, the personnel there request that you follow the directions (Steps 6-9) of Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html .

If you do not have a malware situation....please do not post any HJT logs in this forum...and respond to the questions that Broni raises :).

I can see couple of possible culprits.
The main one is...
You're running two AV programs, AVG and Avast.
One of them must go.
I suggest, AVG goes.
If so, use AVG Remover to uninstall it: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-tools

Report back on computer behavior and we'll go from there.

Thank you so much! That sped things up so much! This is my first computer, so I'm still learning things. Is there anything else I can do to improve the performance?

I'm glad to see your computer happier :)

We can also disable some unnecessary startups.

Re-run Autoruns, click on "Logon" tab and un-check following items:

+ "Adobe ARM"
+ "DivXUpdate"
+ "iTunesHelper"
+ "Google Update"

Restart computer.

Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)
Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
TFC will close all running programs, and it may ask you to restart computer.

You should run TFC weekly to clean some garbage.
