This forum was highly recommended by a friend. My brother's Toshibal laptop "aquired" a Windows XP Security Center issue...it's obviously bogus. I've run my usual battery of Malwarebytes, Spybot...he's using AVG antivirus (paid version). He got this once before when he had Norton...Norton charged him $130.00 to clean it out a year or so ago; it's back.
Should be a very interesting learning experience ;-)
