netstat log help needed

ok here is the deal i have been having issues with a hacker since last june, and i thought i had gotten rid of him. today i ran belarc advisor and saw that the disabled administrator account had been logged into 8 times so i figure my hacker is back because i am having computer issues again. please look at this log and tell me if anything looks weird to you. opps ***edit*** almost forgot vista 64 bit ultimate.
