Attached File  DDS.txt   25.41KB   2 downloadsI have scanned my computer with "malwarebyte..CC cleaner..and fix Cleaner" also with the microsoft security essentials. I am still getting at bootup a warning window concerning the (DEP) program sutting down certain start up programs.. I cannot change any of my network settings or delete an additional network connection that has been automatically added to my network settings. When I hi-light the network icon on the quick start I get "connection status unknown:The service to detect this status is turned off".. Of which I cannot turn on when I try to change the network from "office" to home it reverts back to "office" what else can I do to remove this virus..I am afraid to do much work on the internet or do any banking that will require the use of a password as I feel like i am being monitored..

Microsoft live is working with me to resolve any compromises in that field..Thanks again and let me know if i need to do anything more.

You were in a queue for help, as everyone who posts on this forum is, but we have about a 10 day wait due to these topics only being taken by voluntary, trained members. Glad you're getting help though :)

Thanks for letting me know :thumbup2:
