Hey all!

So i work in the pet food industry, and people order from us over the Phone. Is there any software/system i can use that will allow me to enter when a customer should be reordering so that i am alerted by the system that has been setup? Is there any software for this? Or is there an easy method i can use to set this up.

Thanks very much and as much info as possible please!

Thanks again!

I've never used QuickBooks, but I used to be an accountant...what you describe sounds like something that should be commonplace in any order system run on a computer. I'd take a careful look at QB, with emphasis on order-entry/reorder points and notification.
