N.B. I had to type in the files that came up manually due to spysheriff not allowing access to the internet on the affected computer (I am using another computer to post this message).

Hi,

The forums are really busy, that explains why logs get behind. We start with the oldest logs first. If you still need some help, please start with posting a new hijackthislog in this thread. Don't start with a new thread.
Then I'll take a look.

Also, you didn't post your complete hijackthislog, because I'm missing the top part.
Another important thing I noticed is that you don't have an antivirus and firewall installed. :flowers:

I strongly recommend you install them, because with that amount of infections present on your system, a format is nearby if you don't install an antivirus and firewall to prevent further infection.

AVG, AntiVir OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decrease the reliability of it seriously!
Zonealarm, Agnitum Outpost Free OR Kerio are FREE firewalls.

Understanding and using firewalls

Perform a full scan with your antivirus and let it delete everything it is finding.
Then reboot and post a new hijackthislog.
