they should be included and auto installed with the basic drivers, why are you having any performance issues? where are you encountering these?

I am installing Win7 64bit and am getting the latest drivers from their site. I saw that and was wondering if I needed them. I installed the Catalyst drivers.

They had three sets in the list for 64bit Win 7..... one just said "Drivers", so I don't know what they are..... I assume the "APP Driversw" are for apps like direct X and such?
