AMC.exe file corrupt

I ran Thrustfire program to remove Trojan horse generic 20. Turned off system restore then ran Thrustfire. After trying to reboot got a AMC.exe corrupt problem is it is on a notebook and don't have a XP home edition cd. I'm not sure where to go next.
