I've been having tons of probs...

Internet Explorer defaults to http://runonce.msn..com/runonce.3aspx and then when I click the choices and click 'save your settings' it goes to an 'error 153'.

I ran the repair Microsoft said would fix this and it did NOTHING...

I have ran 'hijack this', malwarebytes, super anti spyware, and several others from a flash drive with no luck.

Also, I can't 'type' information into log ins on some sites as if it is blocked.

Also, internet options is gone.

I think I have a bug, but it must be sophisticated as I've had virus and malware infectins in the past and have always gotten rid of them with standard steps like, turn off system restore, f8 reboot in safe mode as admin (or in my case my user is an admin also), ran the aforemention virus and spyware programs along with +/- 10 others.

BTW... under docs and settings / users I have administrator, delapp.administrator (which is me), and an account named meg?

I keep deleting the meg folder when I can but it always somehow reappears.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh yea... I have no recovery or software cds as I bought this pooter off a chic named meg and she had none.
