Upload speed question

I have a job offer with at&t but i cant seem to get my upload speed where it need to be I have the highest dsl that they offer believe it 512kb upload

is there anyway to up my speed just a little my test results were 409.01 kbps they require Minimum 410 kbps now my upload speed varies from 37-40 when i run the test

any ideas? I have done a few registry tweaks but it didnt help

Try the Quickstart at http://www.numion.com/YourSpeed3/index.html , for comparison.

I have cable and my upload speed (right now) is 500 kbps.

DSL is a tad slower than cable when it comes to speeds.
