Thanks to Roxio & Dell I had to turn off Bot4Service before I could delete the remnants of their free Easy CD program.
It's part of Roxio's BackOnTrack from Sonic Solutions.
I got around to uninstalling the Roxio program but one folder remained & would not delete...(no wonder it was free)
Does anyone have any experience w/ Bot4Service.I ran services.msc & turned it off for good....what does it do? PC tools shows the registry & system health high...All is running good now....wtf is Bot4Service anyways?
More wasted time..yuk
