If you are referring to "Net Protector AntiVirus 2010" it is a Rogue Antispyware software.

You have a few choices?:

You can do a Google search for "Remove Net Protector AntiVirus 2010", as there are several websites that claim to help remove it.

or

Ask for help removing it in one of the Bleeping Computer Forums set aside for that purpose.

Singular Labs - This site seems to contain more than most, and includes Privately developed tools not always openly available -

IObit > Info > Tool (Note: Cleans left-overs after a normal uninstall) << Major Item, as IObit programs leave files behind after removal

Uninstallers Security Software - Singular Labs << Covers almost all common programs and then a few more on top
The site also includes more cleaners for other programs, and includes Full directions/information for all removers / cleaners -

Many of the listed items above must be first removed from Add / Remove or Programs and Features prior to running the uninstaller -
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a typical one of these programs, only after uninstall can you run the MBAM clean.exe and reboot -
